FAQ
Do I have to pay to read the notes?
No. The notes for every module are free to read on the subject sites. Pro only adds the study tools on top.
I paid but the subject site still looks locked.
Reload the subject site once. If it is still locked, sign in on this page and press "Check my payment" below. If money was taken, access is added automatically, and you can write to notesbugsreportandsupport@gmail.com with your payment ID.
Which account should I use?
Your VIT student Google account, on both this page and the subject site. Access is personal and tied to that email.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Everything works in a phone browser, and your progress, bookmarks and notes sync between your phone and laptop when you sign in with the same account.
Is paying here safe?
Payment is handled by Razorpay over UPI. This site never sees your bank, card or UPI details, only a confirmation that the payment went through.
Is this run by VIT?
No. The notes are made by a student to help with studying and are not official VIT material.
Can I get a refund?
See the refund and cancellation policy.
Can I buy more than one subject at once?
Yes. Tap "Add to cart" on each subject, then pay once from the bar at the bottom. It is ₹10 per subject, and each one unlocks on its own site.
Does Pro expire?
No. It is a one-time payment per subject, with no subscription and no renewal.
Can I use one account on two devices?
Yes. Sign in with the same VIT account on your phone and laptop. Your progress and notes sync between them.
Why only UPI?
UPI is instant and works for every student. The payment page may also show card or netbanking, but Pro unlocks from UPI payments.
